1. 누구의 방침인가 · Who we are
이 방침은 SHK Group PLLC(이하 «사무소»)가 운영하는 웹 서비스 py5471(5471.work 및 그 하위 도메인)에 적용됩니다. py5471 은 세무 대리인이 IRS Form 5471 을 준비하도록 돕는 업무용 도구이며, 공개 회원가입을 받지 않습니다.
This policy applies to py5471, the web service operated by SHK Group PLLC ("the Firm") at 5471.work and its subdomains. py5471 is a professional tool that helps tax practitioners prepare IRS Form 5471. It is not open to the public; access is by invitation only.
2. 어떤 정보를 받나 · What we collect
2-1. 로그인 정보 · Sign-in information
Google 계정으로 로그인하면 Google 로부터 이메일 주소·이름·프로필 사진 URL 만 받습니다. 이메일 일회용 코드로 로그인하면 이메일 주소만 받습니다. 사무소는 Google 드라이브·연락처·캘린더·메일 등 다른 Google 데이터에 접근을 요청하지 않으며, 그러한 권한(scope)을 쓰지 않습니다.
When you sign in with Google we receive only your email address, name, and profile picture URL from Google. When you sign in with a one-time email code we receive only your email address. We do not request or use any other Google data or scopes (no Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or Gmail access).
2-2. 업무 자료 · Work documents
사용자가 서비스에 올리는 것: 외국법인의 재무제표·세무조정계산서 PDF, 전년도 Form 5471 PDF, 화면에 입력한 신고 정보(법인명·사업자번호·주주 정보·금액 등). 이 자료에는 고객의 식별 정보(EIN·SSN·주소)가 포함될 수 있습니다.
Users upload work documents: the foreign corporation's financial statements and tax computation PDFs, the prior-year Form 5471 PDF, and the return information typed into the screens (entity names, registration numbers, shareholder details, amounts). These may contain client identifiers such as EIN, SSN, and addresses.
2-3. 이용 기록 · Usage records
로그인 시각, 어떤 작업(저장·업로드·실행)을 했는지에 대한 감사 기록, 서버 오류 로그. 오류 로그에는 이메일·이름·식별번호를 적지 않도록 설계돼 있습니다.
Sign-in times, an audit trail of actions (save, upload, run), and server error logs. Error logs are designed not to contain emails, names, or identification numbers.
3. 왜 쓰나 · How we use it
- 사용자를 식별하고 그 사용자의 작업 폴더에만 접근하게 하기 위해 (로그인 정보)
- Form 5471 과 관련 서식·작업조서를 만들기 위해 (업무 자료)
- 다음 연도에 같은 사용자가 같은 외국법인의 정보를 다시 불러오게 하기 위해 (업무 자료)
- 오류를 고치고 무단 접근을 찾기 위해 (이용 기록)
We use sign-in information to identify you and confine you to your own workspace; work documents to prepare Form 5471, related schedules, and workpapers, and to let the same user reload the same foreign corporation's data next year; and usage records to fix errors and detect unauthorized access. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. 어디에 보관하나 · Where it is stored
모든 자료는 사무소가 관리하는 서버(현재 사무소 사내 서버; 추후 미국 리전의 Amazon Web Services 서버)에 저장됩니다. 접속은 Cloudflare Access 로 보호되고(HTTPS, 초대된 이메일만 통과), 사용자별 작업 폴더는 서로 분리됩니다. 사무소는 미국 세무 대리인에게 요구되는 정보보호 계획(FTC Safeguards Rule, IRS Publication 4557)에 따라 관리합니다.
All data is stored on servers controlled by the Firm (currently an on-premises server at the Firm; later Amazon Web Services in a U.S. region). Access is protected by Cloudflare Access (HTTPS; only invited emails may sign in), and each user's workspace is isolated. The Firm maintains the information security program required of U.S. tax practitioners (FTC Safeguards Rule; IRS Publication 4557).
5. 누구와 공유하나 · Sharing
사무소는 자료를 팔거나 광고에 쓰지 않습니다. 공유하는 경우는 다음뿐입니다: (1) 서비스 운영을 위한 기반 제공자 — Cloudflare(접속 보호·터널), Google(로그인 선택 시), 추후 Amazon Web Services(호스팅). 이들은 자료를 전달·저장하는 역할만 하며 내용을 다른 목적에 쓰지 않습니다. (2) 법령이 요구하는 경우.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising. We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service — Cloudflare (access protection and tunnel), Google (if you choose Google Sign-In), and later Amazon Web Services (hosting) — which process it solely to provide their service to us, and when required by law.
6. Google 사용자 데이터에 관한 약속 · Google user data
py5471 이 Google API 로 받은 정보(이메일·이름·프로필 사진)의 사용은 Google API Services User Data Policy(제한적 사용 요건 포함)를 따릅니다. 이 정보는 로그인·사용자 식별에만 쓰고, 다른 목적으로 쓰거나 제3자에게 넘기지 않습니다.
py5471's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. That information is used only for sign-in and user identification and is not transferred to others or used for any other purpose.
7. 얼마나 보관하나 · Retention
업무 자료는 사용자가 지우거나 계정이 삭제될 때까지 보관합니다(세무 대리 업무 특성상 다음 연도 작업에 다시 쓰이기 때문입니다). 계정 삭제를 요청하면 로그인 정보·작업 폴더·업로드 파일을 함께 삭제합니다. 서버 오류 로그는 90일 뒤 지웁니다.
Work documents are kept until you delete them or your account is removed (they are reused for the following year's return). On account deletion we remove sign-in information, the workspace, and uploaded files together. Server logs are deleted after 90 days.
8. 사용자의 권리 · Your rights
사용자는 언제든 자기 자료의 열람·내려받기·삭제와 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하면 영업일 기준 10일 안에 처리합니다.
You may request access to, a copy of, or deletion of your data, and deletion of your account, at any time by contacting us below. We respond within 10 business days.
9. 쿠키 · Cookies
로그인 세션을 유지하는 데 필요한 쿠키만 씁니다(Cloudflare Access 세션 쿠키, py5471 세션 쿠키). 광고·추적 쿠키는 없습니다.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in (the Cloudflare Access session cookie and the py5471 session cookie). There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
10. 변경 · Changes
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 로그인 뒤 화면에서 알립니다.
If this policy changes we will update the effective date on this page and notify signed-in users of material changes.
