py5471 is a web application that helps U.S. tax practitioners (CPAs) prepare IRS Form 5471 and its related schedules from a foreign corporation's financial statements and prior-year filings. Upload the foreign corporation's standard financial statement PDF and the prior-year Form 5471; the tool maps the figures to the form, runs consistency checks, and produces workpapers and form previews for the preparer's review.
